Report 9: Draft Code of Best Practice

This code of best practice identifies a 14 step DOE methodology that identifies and assesses the impact of critical process control factors on the quality and performance of the finished product. The methodology incorporates 'Taguchi' type experimental analysis, which is used to identify optimum levels for the control factors so that a process is established which is least sensitive to changes in the noise factors that are uncontrollable in production.
